Our Legal Entities

Georgia Alliance is the shared public-facing identity of two affiliated nonprofit entities:

Georgia Alliance Education Fund, Inc. (GAEF), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and Georgia Investor Action Fund, Inc. (GIAF), a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization.

Georgiaalliance.org serves as the official public-facing website and primary domain for both affiliated entities.
